For more than 35 years, Fakhoury Properties has taken a direct, ownership-focused approach to real estate. The company has grown through the acquisition, development and operation of residential and commercial properties across the Chicago area.
Our approach is intentionally hands-on. From evaluating an acquisition to improving a property and managing its day-to-day operations, we stay closely involved in the assets we own.
That long-term perspective shapes how we invest, how we maintain our properties and how we evaluate new opportunities.
